Steak Tip with Marinade

Ingredients
½ c Bourbon (any kind since you are cooking does not need to be top shelf)
¼ c Brown Sugar
¼ c Worcestershire sauce
1/3 c Soy Sauce
4 Cloves of garlic, peeled and crushed
1 onion sliced into rings and cut in half
2 springs of fresh rosemary, crushed
2 lb. sirloin steak tips
1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Mix together bourbon, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic, onion, rosemary, and pepper in a bowl.
Place the steak tips in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them, making sure they are well coated. Seal the bag and place it in the refrigerator for 2 to 24 hours.
Preheat the grill to 425 degrees F. Place the steak tips on the grill and cook until desired doneness is reached, about 3-5 minutes on each side for 1" thick 8 oz steak. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Rare: 125-130 (not recommended for food safety) degrees
Medium Rare: 130-135 degrees
Medium: 135-145 degrees
Medium Well: 145-150 degrees
Well: 150-160 degrees
