Heavenly Carmel Chocolate Dip

Ingredients:
50 caramels, unwrapped
1 (5-oz) can evaporated milk
½ cup mini dark chocolate chips
½ teaspoon pure vanilla
¼ cup toasted and rough chopped pecans
1. Place all ingredients in a oven safe dish, while oven preheats to 350 degrees.
2. Mix and place in oven for 30 minutes. (Note: This dip can be microwaved for 30 second-1 minutes at time. Stir and continue to microwave until smooth)
3. Remove and mix until smooth. Top with chopped pecans.
4. Serve with assorted fruits, cakes, or pretzels
