Steak Marinade

Steak Marinade for Tender Juice Steak Every time
Prep Time: 5 Minutes Marinate Time: 30 mins-8 hours Servings: 4
Ingredients
2 lbs. of steak 
¼ c balsamic vinegar
¼ c soy sauce
¼ c olive oil
¼ c Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp honey
1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
2-4 cloves of minced fresh garlic
1 tsp of black pepper
1 Tbsp of fresh chopped rosemary

Instructions
Mix together balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, honey, Italian seasoning, garlic, rosemary, and pepper in a bowl.
Place the steaks in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them, making sure they are well coated. Seal the bag and place it in the refrigerator for 2 to 24 hours.
Preheat the grill to 425 degrees F. Place the steaks on the grill and cook until desired doneness is reached, about 3-5 minutes on each side for 1” thick 8 oz steak. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  
Rare: 125-130 (not recommended for food safety) degrees
Medium Rare: 130-135 degrees
Medium: 135-145 degrees
Medium Well: 145-150 degrees
Well: 150-160 degrees
