Philly Cheese Steak Sandwhich

Ingredences
4 Sub Rolls of your choice
1 lb of thin sliced steak (flank is the normal)
1 Tbsp Olive oil
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
½ large sweet white onion, thin sliced
1 green bell pepper, thin sliced
8 sliced cheese, provolone or muenster
Instructions
Move oven rack to 6” from broil element and turn on broil to high
In a large saute pan, over medium high heat, heat oil to a sizzle before adding onions and peppers
While onions and peppers cook until carmamelized, salt and pepper your thin sliced meat.
Once the onion and pepper start to carmaelize, add meat and worcestershire to saute pan.
Saute for 1-2 minutes until meat is browned and remove from heat to keep from continuing to cook.
Cut your sub in half and spread or spray with oil or butter
Place on a cookie sheet covered with tinfoil and broil for 1-2 minutes until lightly browned.
Remove from oven, pput meat, onion and pepper meat into sub rolls and top with slices of cheese.
Place back in oven under the broiler and broil until cheese is melted and starting to turn golden.
Serve immdetaley with French Fries, baked bean, potato salad or pasta salad
