BBQ Chicken Basting Sauce

Ingredients
½ c apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp turmeric
1 fresh lemon juice
1 drop of liquid smoke

Instructions
In a glass bowl, mix together 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric, the juice of one fresh lemon, and one drop of liquid smoke.
Whisk together all ingredients until fully combined.
Use the mixture to baste the chicken every 15 minutes as it grills, ensuring the chicken stays tender and juicy. Once the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit, baste it for an additional 5 minutes before removing it from the grill.
Allow the chicken to rest for 10 minutes, tented with tinfoil, before cutting and serving.
