Chunky Granola
Chucky Granola
Prep Time: 10 mins Cook Time : 25 Mins Total Time: 35 Mins Serving: 3-4 cups
Ingredentes
1 ½ c Grapenut Flakes
1 c unsweetened coconut Flakes
½ slivered raw almonds
1 c raw pecan halves
1 ½ Tbsp coconut sugar
⅜ tsp sea salt
1 ½ Tbsp coconut oil
½ c maple syrup
1 ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
⅛ c dried blueberries
⅛ cup dried pineapple
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
Place flakes, coconut, almonds, pecans, sugar and salt in a large bowl and combine.
In a small pan, addd oil and syrup, warm over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes, whisking frequently until completely combined. Whisk vanilla into mixture.
Pour over ingredience in bowl and mix until completely combined.
On a large baking sheet cover with tinfoil spread the mixture into an even layer
Bake for 20 minutes turn and palace back into the oven for 5-8 minutes longer. Do not stir or handle too keep the granola chucky.
Remove from oven when golden brown and fragrant but not burnt. Cool completely to room temperature.
Break into clumps and mix in dried fruit.
Store in sealed containerat room temperature for 2 weeks or in freezer for 1 month.
