Prep Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 minutes Total Time:30 minutes Servings: 8
Ingredients
1 -2 c Bean Dip (canned or homemade)
1- 2 c Guacamole (boughten or homemade)
1-2 c Sour Cream mixed with taco seasoning
1-2 c Fine Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
2-4 Roma Tomatoes, seeded and finely chopped
1 c of chopped black olives
1 bunch of Green Onions, sliced thinly
Tortilla chips or crackers
Instructions
If you're making your own bean dip or guacamole, prepare them first before assembling the dip.
Choose a glass bowl or square baking dish to make the layers in.
Spread the bean dip in an even layer on the bottom of the container. Follow it up with a layer of guacamole. Add a layer of the sour cream mixture on top of the guacamole layer to keep it fresh and prevent it from turning brown. Next, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the sour cream layer. Add a layer of diced tomatoes, followed by a layer of chopped black olives. Finally, add a layer of sliced green onions to complete the seven layers.
Chill your Seven Layer Dip for at least an hour before serving. This will allow the flavors to blend together and create the perfect texture.
Serve your Seven Layer Dip with your favorite chips or crackers.
