Grilled Shrimp

Ingredients
1 lb. of shrimp, shelled and deveined
Zest and juice from 2 limes
1 Tbsp Avocado oil
2 T Tbsp chopped cilantro
1 jalapeno, minced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
½ tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Instructions:
Shell, devein and skewer the shrimp, then place them in a large re-sealable plastic bag.
In a nonmetallic bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients, zest the lime before juicing it. Pour the mixture into the bag with the shrimp.
Seal the bag and massage gently to make sure the shrimp are evenly coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the shrimp from the marinade and discard the marinade.
Grill the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are cooked through and opaque. Serve immediately.
