Veggie Burgers AKA Meatless Hamburgers


Veggie Burgers

1 bag of Morning Star Burger, defrosted (you can use any ground burger substitute, I just prefer Morning Star and it is easy to get at my local grocery store)
1 medium onion, chopped
1/3 cup of quick oats (don't use old fashion oats, yucky)
5 eggs
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
Mix together and fry.  
Serve on hamburger buns with sliced cheese (sharp cheddar rocks, lettuce, tomato, hamburger pickles, and red onion.  I prefer Mayo and mustard on mine also)
I suggest using paper plates to cut down on dishes.  I also serve chips, baked beans, potato salad, pasta salad or deviled eggs as sides.
