Classic Deviled Eggs

Classic Deviled Eggs  Prep Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 minutes Total Time:25 minutes Servings: 6 Ingredients: 6 Eggs 4-6 Tbsp mayonnaise  Black Pepper to taste 1 tsp Dijon Mustard (optional) Cayenne pepper to sprinkle on top Instructions Place the eggs in a kettle and cover them with water. Bring the water to a boil and boil for 10 minutes. Remove the kettle from the heat and drain the water. Run cold water over the eggs until they’re cooled down. Peel eggs and cut them in half. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl. Place the egg white halves on a plate or an egg tray. Mash the egg yolks until fine. Add mayonnaise, mustard, and pepper to the mashed yolks and mix well. Spoon the egg mixture into a pastry bag with a star tip. Fill each egg white half with the egg mixture and sprinkle with cayenne.
