Spicy Deviled Eggs

6 Eggs
4-6 T mayonnaise ( Hellmans is preferred)
1 t dijon mustard
1 fresh jalapeno, finely diced
1/2 fresh habanero, finely diced
3 cloves of fresh garlic, minced
Cayenne pepper to sprinkle on top
Place eggs in kettle covered with water. Bring to a boil and boil for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and drain. Run cold water over eggs until cooled.
In a small skillet cook the jalapenos, habanero, and garlic until lightly browned. Remove from heat and cool completely.
Peel eggs, cut in half and remove cooked yolk to bowl. Place white halves of eggs on a plate or egg tray.
Mash egg yolks until fine, add mayonnaise, mustard, cooked peppers, and garlic.
Placed egg mixture into a cake decorator with a star tip. Fill each egg with the egg mixture. Sprinkle with cayenne.
